The quality of care & education your child will receive from our passionate CHALK educators is unparalleled. Each one of our teachers have chosen to make Early Childhood Development their priority!

Every CHALK teacher is a lead teacher. This means they all have, at minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. CHALK administrators ALL began as CHALK teachers & progressed to assistant directors, curriculum coordinators and/or directors. Their knowledge & understanding of a child’s developmental stages are the building blocks for the most successful, loving & nurturing environment.

We celebrate and encourage our faculty to continue growing and exploring within CHALK Preschool. Our faculty and staff are continually First Aid and CPR certified. We value diversity and inclusion in our work culture and are proud that our team of college graduates is comprised mainly of women representing many ethnicities.

Hi! My name is Madison Sanello. I have been a part of the world of preschool for over a decade. I began my journey with CHALK Preschool in December 2012, back in my hometown of Chicago, and made my way to sunny LA in 2015 to continue my CHALK journey at the Manhattan Beach location.

I have always had an affinity towards working with children, so I love to be able to say I truly have the best job! I believe that the formative preschool years are some of the most important years for children to develop social skills, a foundation of learning, and a zest for life as they grow. I look forward to building a relationship with you and your child!

Hello! My name is Viviana, I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University where I received my bachelor’s degree in Child Development. I have been an educator for eleven years and have spent the last 5 years as a teacher at CHALK of Manhattan Beach.

I enjoy teaching because it gives me the opportunity to guide children through their early development and spark their love for learning! Outside of my love for the classroom, I love spending time with my husband and two-year-old son. I look forward to meeting you all!

Hello CHALK Families! My name is Briana. I have been part of the teaching field for over ten years. I have taught children from toddlers to school-age children. Working with children has helped me develop my love for teaching and learning with children.

Seeing all types of age groups has made me appreciate how special a child is during each year of their life. I received my Bachelor’s in Child Development from Cal State Long Beach. I love spending time with my wild toddler, friends, and family in my spare time. I love to try new food and explore the outdoors. I am so excited to be at CHALK and look forward to building genuine relationships with the children and their families.

I have over 6 years of experience working with children from infants to adolescents. It is always an honor to be able to guide children in their development journey and witness their new experiences along the way. The beautiful part about working with children is the constant impact they make in my heart and the memories I carry with me forever.

In my free time, I enjoy crafting, roller skating, spending quality time with my loved ones, and enjoying the simple things life has to offer every day. I am excited to be able to foster the growth and development of your child here at CHALK and meet all the amazing families!
